1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ZikrFlow mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or leaderboard rules.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the App you agree not to:

• Create spam rooms or flood the platform with duplicate or meaningless content.
• Harass, abuse, or intimidate other users.
• Use automated scripts or bots to inflate dhikr counts.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems.
• Post content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

5. User-Generated Content

You may create rooms and zikr entries (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and display it to other users as part of the App’s functionality.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, logos, and content (excluding User Content), is the exclusive property of ZikrFlow and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZikrFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the App.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
